One side features the quirky little sponge known as SpongeBob while the other showcases his dumb, but lovable sidekick Patrick Starfish. The barbell is secured by a 6mm stainless steel ball. Each barbell is crafted from 316L ASTM F-138 Implant Grade Stainless Steel making it an easy wear in a variety of piercings including tongue rings ( aka tongue rings or tongue barbells.)
